Extensive value engineering was provided prior to subcontractor buyout and construction of this 31,000 sf two-story concrete tilt-up medical building. The shell is planned to be half of a mirrored image of medical buildings on the site. The structural systems include concrete and steel roof and floor systems and some unique exterior detailing, unusual for a tilt-up building.
